• 1 cup of soaked Cashews
• ½ cup water
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp mustard sauce

• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• ¼ cup fresh Parsley
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions:

Then, in a bowl, add diced potatoes, green bell peppers, finely chopped onion, and fresh parsley.
