- 1/4 cup flat rice (poha)

Instructions:
- Rinse flat rice to remove impurities, then cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until soft.

- Return mixture to low heat and add sweetener; stir until it dissolves.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder for extra flavour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve at the right temperature.
